Most of us don’t appreciate the good things we are blessed with until we lose it. Health is one such thing. Why not take a few simple steps to take care before we lose it further?

  • Take frequent short breaks in your work. If you sit before a computer all day, keep your palm over your eyes for few minutes every hour or so. Blink !

  • Drink adequate amount of water to keep yourself hydrated throughout the day. Remember, Water is the fuel to keep you running smoothly.

  • Do a brisk walk 30 minutes at least  4 times a week. May be Monday to Thursday ?

  • Eat properly on time. Include more vegetables and fruits in your diet. Have healthy snacks such as nuts and yogurts.

  • When stressed, go for a walk, listen to music or do whatever helps you to reduce it.

  • When tensed, take deep breaths for few minutes. Try meditation instead of switching channels or browsing mindlessly.

  • When bored, close your eyes and watch your thoughts.

Remember the old saying, health is wealth.
